2. Services & Deliverables
E6 WireFrame provides UI/UX wireframes, website architecture, and custom frontend web development. All mockups, wireframes, and code provided are designed for professional development and commercial applications according to your selected plan or project brief.
3. Custom Projects & Consultations
Project consultations and custom wireframe architecture agreements are initiated via our consultation forms. Final scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be detailed in individual project agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary wireframe templates, designs, branding, and core assets created by E6 WireFrame remain our intellectual property until full payment for custom services has been completed, upon which ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client as specified in your project agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
E6 WireFrame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website or services.
